Following his success in helping Darren Clarke win the Golf Open Championship Mike will be speaking to the company’s Travel Counsellors about goal setting and building self belief, providing more top tips and techniques for business success to ensure that they provide the very best service possible for their customers. This follows his national acclaim in the sporting world as well as working with an array organisations including Royal Mail, Littlewoods, Rolls Royce and Santander, in order to enhance their business performance.

Commenting on the roadshows Mike says; “We are so proud to be associated with Travel Counsellors. During these business sessions we will be showing agents the same mental and attitudinal techniques we used with our great golfing client Darren Clarke back in April this year, and the techniques will enable the agents to reach their full potential.”

The roadshows also follow the success of the company’s TC Teens programme, led by Mike and his company i2i, which launched this year to support its agents’ children during their exams and help them to focus and achieve their full academic potential. The programme had an overwhelming response and the company plan to work with Mike further to support its agents’ children in this way.

Lancashire based Gold Travel Counsellor Andrew Lowe comments; “I have been fortunate enough to attend Mike’s sessions for my own business as well as my daughter Sophie benefitting from the TC Teens programme. I think it is fantastic that we are given this type of support in our businesses and I have found Mike’ previous sessions inspiring and extremely beneficial for my business, giving me renewed focus and practical tips about new ways in which I can approach things. I can certainly see how Mike helped Darren Clarke and feel extremely privileged to be working with such a renowned business leader and coach. I am very much looking forward to the roadshows in September and know I will take a lot away with me that I can use in both my personal and professional development.”

The company have also launched sessions for its 180 plus head office staff in order to enhance their development and help them in supporting the company’s 700 plus agents in the UK as well as over 400 overseas. Steve Byrne, Managing Director, adds; “It is the softer issues in business that provide a long term foundation for success and we are committed to investing in supporting our people in all aspects of their lives to enable them to realise their full potential.”
